Featuring Flex mode, operators can effortlessly cut multiple card sizes from a single page and add desired creases, opening up endless creative possibilities. The machine's channel creasing ensures top-notch creases on digitally printed stocks, with adjustable creasing pressure in 5 levels for precision. Equipped with 2 single blade slitters for trimming top and bottom margins, as well as 2 double blade slitters for center gutters, the AeroCut Prime handles stocks up to 400 gsm with ease.

The air-suction top feeding system ensures precise feeding of coated, digital, gloss, and other stocks without damage. Constructed with all-metal durability and mounted on lockable heavy-duty casters, this machine prioritizes safety with a cover that prevents operation when open.
