Morgana AutoCreaser Pro XW High Speed Paper Creaser

The Morgana AutoCreaser Pro XW is a redesign and modernization of the Morgana paper creasing products. This model is EXTRA WIDE and able to crease sheets up to 19.7" wide. This model replaces the AutoCreaser Pro 33A and the AutoCreaser Pro 50. This new design allows the machine to place creases a minimum distance of 0.004" apart. This is perfect for creasing book covers.

The paper feeding system uses a high power turbine vacuum and pulls from the bottom of a pile. This configuration allows for continuous running where an operator can just keep stacking more sheets on top of the pile.

The touchscreen control system has been upgraded for a much faster booting time with the same familiar interface that Morgana users have praised for years. The new creasing mechanism is a quick release system that does not require any tools to release.

The creasing tool can be swapped out for a perfing tool. The optional perfing tool is capable of perfing all the way across the sheet.
