All-In-One Sealer/Tunnel Chamber Machine

The PP-48ST is an all-in-one sealer/chamber features a compact l'sealer and hooded shrink chamber in one complete unit. This machine also comes with "Band Seal Technology" for magnetic hold down for seal and shrink cycle, pinwheel hole punch, and locking casters. The PP-48ST has a seal area of 12" W x 18.5" L and rated at speeds of up to 2 - 6 PPM. 

Operation Overview 

The operator places the product on the package loading tray in between the two layers of centerfold film. The operator then moves the package into the sealing area and lowers the hood. Once the hood is lowered, the dual magnets apply pressure to make the seal. Once the seal is made, the automatic magnetic hold down keeps the hooded chamber down until the film has shrunk. When the shrink time is completed, the hood will automatically return to the up position and the operator may remove the completed package. Complete cycle time is approximately 5-10 seconds.
