VividCoater XDC-750M Manual Feed

The XDC-750M incorporates a wide range of options in size and automation, but always produces the same uncompromising quality in finished pieces while protecting against friction and fading

Compared to conventional solvent based coatings the VividCoater XDC Series produces virtually no Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's) and is considered to be environmentally friendly.

The XDC-750M is a manual feed coater rated up to 5,900' per hour (or 1,800 m/hour). The maximum stock size is 26" W (66 cm) with a stock weight of 157 - 450 gsm (changes accordingly to the paper quality).

The XDC-750M comes standard with touch screen controls, UV and IR (3 bulbs), vacuum and air cooled UV lamp, stainless steel doctor blade (on/off lever), 3 roller coating application system, easy set lever for adjusting roller pressure settings and doctor blade, sheet counter, and hour counter.

Note: External ventilation or air purification highly recommended. Deep pile feeder with 18" capacity (optional).
