The Express Tabber seals mail pieces with an adhesive tab to create mailings and reduces the cost of mailings by eliminating the need for envelopes. The EX5100 accepts rolls of up to 5,000 tabs and handles media 5" to 12" wide, up to 1/8" thick. Processes media at up to 7,500 pieces per hour and accepts frosted or solid 1" round tabs with either friction or tractor fed backing. The EX1500 Express Tabber is known for its precision control of tab location.
